Quality Control Analyst

About the Role

Our Evans City, Pennsylvania facility is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support analytical testing of specialty chemical raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet rigorous quality specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established methods
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including GC, HPLC, ICP-MS, and titration systems
• Document test results accurately in the laboratory information management system (LIMS)
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support deviation reporting processes
• Assist in method development, validation, and transfer activities
• Maintain laboratory calibration schedules and instrument qualification records
• Support internal and external audits including customer, regulatory, and ISO audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• 2+ years of quality control or analytical laboratory experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic analytical techniques
• Familiarity with GMP or ISO quality systems
• High attention to detail and strong data integrity practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialty or fine chemicals analysis
• Knowledge of USP, EP, or other pharmacopeial testing methods
• Familiarity with LIMS systems
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment
