About the Role
Support our supply chain and operations teams by accurately entering and maintaining data across inventory, logistics, and procurement systems. This fully remote role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who work well independently and can handle high volumes of data entry with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory, shipment, and procurement records in company systems
- Verify data accuracy against source documents and flag discrepancies for review
- Generate standard reports on inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipment status
- Assist with supplier and vendor database maintenance and updates
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation and data audits
- Respond to data and record requests from operations, logistics, and finance teams
- Maintain organized digital filing for all supply chain documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior data entry, administrative, or clerical experience
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory management concepts
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
