About the Role

Support our supply chain and operations teams by accurately entering and maintaining data across inventory, logistics, and procurement systems. This fully remote role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who work well independently and can handle high volumes of data entry with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory, shipment, and procurement records in company systems
  • Verify data accuracy against source documents and flag discrepancies for review
  • Generate standard reports on inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipment status
  • Assist with supplier and vendor database maintenance and updates
  • Support month-end inventory reconciliation and data audits
  • Respond to data and record requests from operations, logistics, and finance teams
  • Maintain organized digital filing for all supply chain documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prior data entry, administrative, or clerical experience
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory management concepts
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
